Draft Policies Available for Review and Comment

Draft policies are listed below when policies are made available to the campus community for a 30-day review and comment period.  It takes a campus community to make good policy, and all timely feedback on policy drafts is appreciated and taken into consideration.

Clicking on any of the policy links displayed below during the campus review period will connect you to a page that contains:

  • a link to a marked-text, PDF version of the policy draft (and in some cases an easier-to-read clean copy), and
  • a "Campus Comments" box for submitting comments on the policy draft and for viewing existing comments received to date 

All comments submitted during the campus review period are posted on this website for viewing by others.  If desired, the comments can be submitted anonymously.
