A New University Administrative Policy and Revisions to Several Existing Policies Available for All-Campus Review and Comment

A new draft University Administrative Policy is available for all-campus review and comment: University Administrative Policy and Procedure Manual – Policy 3245: Remote Work.

In accompaniment of the proposed UAP 3245: Remote Work, revisions to 11 existing University Administrative Policies are available for all-campus review and comment.

To comment on the new and revised policies click on the links below. **The all-campus review and comment period closes on January 20^th, 2023.**

Track-changes versions have been provided for all revised policies. Clean copies are also attached for UAP 2500 and 2520 for ease in reading the proposed language.

*Note on revisions to UAP 7730: (“Taking University Property Off Campus”) - after consideration of UNM community feedback during the 30-day, all-campus review and comment period for revisions to UAP 7710: (“Property Management and Control”), the University Controller has recommended the continued practice of tagging computers < $5,000. The final recommendation will not include computers as part of the annual inventory wave reporting by departments. Revisions to UAP 7730 are based on the updated recommendations to UAP 7710.

UAP 3270: Suspected Impairment

UAP 3300: Paid Time
