President Frank approved a quick fix for Policy 4310 ("Inter-Departmental Sales") on January 9, 2013. To make the policy consistent with current state law, the threshold for capitalizing purchases and other expenditures (and recording them as fixed assets) was raised from over $1,000 to over $5,000. Titles used in the policy were also updated.
