The Board of Regents approved amendments to Regents' Policy 3.5 ("UNM Health Sciences Center Board of Directors") on February 11, 2013. The revisions included stylistic changes, removing outdated implementation language, and eliminating the requirement that one member of the HSC Board of Directors be the Chair of the Regents' Finance and Facilities Committee.
