On September 20, 2013, President Frank approved revisions to University Administrative Policy 1150 ("Staff Council"). These revisions made permanent the temporary revisions adopted in October 2012, authorizing employees who are not members of Staff Council committees to attend Staff Council meetings (up to two hours a month) and Staff Council special events (up to three hours a month). The policy changes also specify that attendance may be curtailed due to the demands of the workplace or the number of employees already planning to attend from a given unit.
