On October 18, 2013, President Frank approved revisions to University Administrative Policy 4000 ("Allowable and Unallowable Expenditures"). The policy has undergone significant revision and is the result of feedback from the campus community last spring and earlier this semester. The goal in drafting the policy revision was to meet the business needs of the campus community while ensuring good stewardship of public funds.
