30-Day Campus Review and Comment Period

April 1, 2014

Proposed revisions to two existing policies are available for review and comment by the campus community for a 30-day period (April 1st - May 1st). 

The draft revisions to UAP 3100 ("Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action") and UAP 3780 ("Sexual Harassment") were developed over the past year by the Office of Equal Opportunity and the Office of University Counsel.  As part of the proposed revisions, the first policy would have "Non-Discrimination" added to its title.  Also, since the policies' scope is not limited to employees, OEO has suggested moving them from the "Personnel" section of the policy manual to the "Administrative Management" section, which would involve changing their numbers from the 3000s to the 2000s.
