On April 30, 2014, President Frank approved revisions to four University Administrative Policies, as follows:

UAP 6110 ("Safety and Risk Services") was revised to reflect the current organizational structure and provision of services of Safety and Risk Services (SRS).  The draft revisions went out for public comment in the fall of 2013, and further revisions were made during a series of constituent meetings in the spring of 2014. 

UAP 2335 ("Departmental Scholarships") was revised by the Scholarship Office to update forms and links, and remove information that is no longer standard practice.  In that these were minor changes, the revised policy was issued outside of the normal policy review process.

UAP 3600 ("Eligibility for Employee, Retiree, and Dependent Benefit Plans") was revised with a minor change to Section 3.3 to align the policy with statutory language on the distribution of Alternative Retirement Plan income.  In that this was a minor change, the revised policy was issued outside of the normal policy review process.

UAP 7710 ("Property Management and Control") was revised in Sections 2.2, 4.2.2.1, and 5.5 to align the policy with recently revised UAP 1030 ("Gifts to the University"), and to clarify how the University's art and library collections fit into the annual inventory process.  In that these were minor changes, the revised policy was issued outside of the normal policy review process.
