President Frank approves revised OEO and Sexual Harassment policies

May 21, 2014

On May 21, 2014, President Frank approved substantive revisions to UAP 2720 ("Equal Opportunity, Non-Discrimination, and Affirmative Action," which was formerly numbered 3100) and UAP 2730 ("Sexual Harassment," which was formerly numbered 3780), following a 30-day public comment period. The policy changes were drafted by the Office of Equal Opportunity and Office of University Counsel. In connection with these revisions, the policies were moved from the "Personnel" section to the "Administrative Management" section of the policy manual, since the policies' scope is not limited to employees.
