President Frank approved a minor policy revision today to UAP 3600 ("Eligibility for Employee, Retiree, and Dependent Benefit Plans"). The revisions to Section 5.2 of the policy authorize, in special circumstances, the extension of open enrollment periods, as well as the automatic re-enrollment of eligible employees and retirees in benefit plan coverage.
