Minor Policy Revisions Approved by President Frank

March 27, 2015

On March 26, 2015, President Frank approved minor revisions to four University Administrative Policies, as follows:

UAP 2290 ("Animal Control on University Property")

UAP 2500 ("Acceptable Computer Use")

  • Section 3.3 was revised to add "wired or wireless" before the term "network connection" in the sixth bullet point.

UAP 3410 ("Sick Leave")

  • Section 3.2 was revised to replace the word "recently" with "within the past twelve (12) months," in order to clarify when sick leave may be used for parental leave.

UAP 3700 ("Education Benefits")

  • Sections 3.1 and 4 were revised to clarify that the policy pertains to any course taken "and billed through" UNM.

In that these revisions were minor, they were made outside of the formal policy review process.
