Two new policies for the University Administrative Policies (UAP) manual and proposed revisions to five existing UAP policies have been posted for a 30-day, all-campus review and comment period from March 20 through April 20, 2018. Versions of these drafts were provided previously to representatives of campus constituent groups for review and then revised, as appropriate, in response to their comments (with the exception of UAP 3215 as noted below).

The new Chief Information Officer, in collaboration with the Health Sciences Center, revised the policy to reflect the current governance structure, and the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved in centrally and locally managed technologies.
